1. Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

  • Orders under $99: $8.95
  • Orders $99 and above: FREE
  • Available to all US states

Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  • Flat rate: $15.95
  • Available to all US states
  • Orders placed by 2 PM EST ship same day

Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day)

  • Flat rate: $25.95
  • Available to most US locations
  • Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST

2. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days, starting at $19.95
  • United Kingdom: 10-15 business days, starting at $24.95
  • European Union: 10-18 business days, starting at $29.95
  • Australia: 12-20 business days, starting at $34.95

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time (3-5 business days)

4. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to the following:

  • PO Boxes (Express and Overnight shipping only)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses
  • US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands)

For alternative shipping arrangements to restricted areas, please contact our customer service team.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships
  • You can track your package using the tracking number on the carrier's website
  • Delivery confirmation is available for all shipments
  • If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us

6. Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look around your delivery area (porches, garages, etc.)
  • Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the package and damaged items
  • Contact us immediately with photos and order details
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund

7. Address Changes
